These rods came from the Pen making factory of the Caltagirone Family in France. It dates from the 1930s – 1955.
*** This Vintage Celluloid (cellulose acetate) is made in tube form, and is very slim in diameter, so:

It can only be used for barrels. All can make a Small barrel, and a few can make a Medium barrel.

The end of the barrel will have to have a “plug” to fill in the hole — can be a flat plug, a finial, etc.

The cap and grip will have to be in some other material
